Welcome to the research and personal place where I will be posting academic work, teaching materials, and sometimes pictures of my dogs Aristotle and Ragnar.

I am an Associate Professor at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and researcher at Centro de Investigación Económica. My interests are in the areas of macroeconomics and labor economics. In particular, I work on the aggregate and distributional effects of changes to taxes and transfers in developed and middle-income countries.
